Customer Care

It is important to FlowMotion that customers are satisfied with its product.

If you are not entirely happy with the FlowMotion product purchased then you may return it to the point of your purchase and will receive a full refund of the purchase price so long as the return is made within seven (7) days of the date of purchase, and proof of purchase is provided.

Please note: We stand behind our decision to use the preservative Geogard® 221 because of its effectiveness in killing bugs and because it is the most gentle on you. However, it can cause organic gels to vary slightly in colour and consistency over time. We could change to another preservative, but that would mean introducing more, or different chemicals, and we just don’t want to do that. We want to offer you the simplest and healthiest product possible. 

Each batch we produce is lab tested, so you can be assured that if there are any slight changes to the product, it is safe to use and still as slippery.

How to Store FlowMotion: Please keep the tube in a cool, dark place (the bedside drawer is perfect!) and use it within the suggested 6-months of opening and before the expiry date.

FlowMotion wants to resolve any problems you may have as quickly as possible.

If you are returning a product, you must provide proof of purchase by way of a purchase receipt, and also return the unused portion of a product to the point of sale, or to the distributor.

As a consumer you have certain rights available to you under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act regarding the return of goods. This complaints procedure and our terms and conditions will not affect your rights under that Act.
